Hello,

My name is Joe Krause and I am looking forward to continuing being the principal at Wood Dale Junior High for the 2022-2023 school year.  I have been in District 7 since 2000 and have held a variety of roles.  I started as a 2nd grade teacher and then moved on to teach in both 3rd and 4th grades.  I then served as district-wide SEM (Schoolwide Enrichment Model) coordinator for five years before serving five years as Assistant Principal at the junior high.  We look forward to working together with students, parents and the diverse Wood Dale community to continue to make Wood Dale Junior High a fantastic school for all.
