IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR STUDENTS ENTERING PRESCHOOL, KINDERGARTEN AND 6TH GRADE
The State of Illinois mandates that all students entering pre-school, for the first time, kindergarten and sixth grade and/or students transferring from an out of state school have an Illinois physical examination and adequate immunization record on file with the school district by August 23,2024. If not compliant by this date, your child will be excluded from school as required by law. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the School Office.

El estado de Illinois manda que todos los estudiantes entrando a preescolar por primera vez, deberán tener un examen físico y un récord de inmunización adecuada y documentada con el distrito escolar para Agosto 24 del 2024. Si no cumplen para este día, su hijo(a) será excluida de la escuela como se requiere la ley. Si tienen alguna pregunta o preocupación por favor contacten la oficina de la escuela.
