COVID-19 Symptom Screening Procedures for Parents
Our hybrid model is now fully up and running! Students who are attending school in-person in the morning or afternoon session need parents to certify that they are healthy to learn, prior to entering the building, each day.
- The form can be opened from home and printed HERE. Copies are also being sent home with children.
We appreciate your patience with our daily procedures intended to maintain the health and safety of our entire school community.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Oakbrook School Office at 630-766-6336.Remote Only: All remote-only students at Kdg., 1st, & 2nd grades continue with a.m. and p.m. sessions, with no changes planned through the second trimester, which ends February 26th.
Symptoms: Please note that a sibling or parent at home with symptoms is considered COVID-19 probable, and all members of the household should quarantine. Contact the school office to discuss any specific cases at 630-766-6336 to receive more guidance.
