  • Wood Dale District 7 Grading Philosophy

    Curriculum, instruction and assessment in Wood Dale School District 7 are aligned to the Illinois Learning Standards and Common Core State Standards.  Progress towards mastery of these standards is assessed and reported on frequently.  Families, students and teachers are involved in ongoing communication of student achievement to maximize academic and social growth. Effort and behavior are also assessed throughout each student's learning experiences.  Students are encouraged to set goals toward the intended learning targets.  The staff provides feedback to students and their families to promote further learning.
