Melanie Morong from the YWCA will tell parents about the CAP program that is taught at Oakbrook and Westivew Schools. This program focuses on bullying, stranger assault, and known adult assault.   Students will identify a safety network of adults they can go to if they have any problems or concerns.

Her presentation will also inform and empower parents on ways to protect children from potential abuse and how to respond if you suspect your child to have been abused.

The presentation is for Parents only, but child care will be available in a nearby classroom.

Dinner will be served, but please RSVP by Sept. 29th so we can order enough food.
